Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of rogerseng.me (the "Site"), operated by Roger Seng Studios ("Roger Seng Studios", "I", "me"), founded by Roger Seng, based in Utah, USA. By using the Site, creating an account, downloading a free product, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let me know at roger@rogerseng.me if you believe your account has been compromised. I may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Purchases & Payment

All prices are shown at checkout and are charged in the currency displayed. Payments are processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details. Once payment succeeds, your download becomes available in your account and by email. Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.

4. Digital Product License

When you purchase or download a digital product from the Site (including Lightroom presets, LUTs, profiles, templates and similar files), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Use the files in your own work, for both personal and commercial projects, client photos, films, social content, prints, and paid productions are all fine.
• Install the files on any devices that you personally own and use.
• Modify the files for your own use, including building your own adjustments on top of them.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified, for free or for a fee.
• Bundle the files into another product, preset pack, course, or template that is sold or given away.
• Share download links, account credentials, or the files themselves with anyone else, each license covers a single buyer.
• Claim the presets or LUTs as your own creation or remove any attribution contained in the files.
• Upload the files to file-sharing services, marketplaces, or AI training datasets.

Images and footage you create using the products are entirely yours. Copyright in the preset and LUT files themselves remains with Roger Seng. Breach of this license ends it immediately and may result in your account being closed.

5. Free Products

Free downloads (such as the RS Color Starter Pack) are provided in exchange for joining my mailing list, The Creative Block. The same license terms in Section 4 apply to free products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email without losing access to files you have already downloaded.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on the Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

7. Site Content

Photographs, films, text, and design on the Site are owned by Roger Seng or used with permission and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Site content without written permission, other than sharing links to pages.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Products and the Site are provided "as is". Results from presets and LUTs depend on your images, camera, and software, I cannot guarantee a specific look. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roger Seng is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or products, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Taxes

Prices exclude applicable sales tax/VAT, which may be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

10. Trademarks

Adobe, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Insta360, DJI, Sony, Hollyland, and other product or company names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for identification and compatibility purposes only; no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protections granted by the laws of your home country that cannot be waived by agreement.
