1. Who We Are
This website (rogerseng.me) is operated by Roger Seng Studios ("Roger Seng Studios", "I", "me"), founded by Roger Seng, based in Utah, USA. If you have any questions about this policy, contact me at roger@rogerseng.me.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account registration, name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Free downloads & newsletter, name and email address when you request a free product or sign up for the mailing list.
- Purchases, order details and payment processing via Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
- Analytics, with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use this site (pages visited, session duration, device type). IP addresses are anonymised.
- Contact forms, any information you voluntarily send via the contact section.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver products and send download links you requested
- To manage your account and process purchases
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets)
- To understand site usage and improve content (analytics, with consent only)
- To respond to enquiries
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic request details. See policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Service Providers
The following providers process data on my behalf to run this site:
- Supabase, database, authentication, and file storage for accounts, orders, downloads, and the mailing list. See supabase.com/privacy
- Stripe, payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy
- Resend, sending transactional and newsletter email. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Vercel, hosting and content delivery. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Google Analytics, site analytics, loaded only after you consent on the cookie banner. See policies.google.com/privacy
- YouTube, embedded video player (when you click to play a video). Subject to YouTube's privacy policy.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Free-download leads and newsletter subscribers are kept while subscribed and for up to 12 months after unsubscribing, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing roger@rogerseng.me.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of analytics tracking (decline the cookie banner, or clear your consent preference)
- For EU/EEA residents: lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Account Deletion & Data Export
You can ask me to delete your account and associated data, or to send you a copy of the personal data I hold about you, by emailingroger@rogerseng.me from the address on your account. I will confirm and complete the request within 30 days. Note that order records required for tax and accounting purposes may be kept for the legally required period.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
